Tacoma Steel has been successfully "plasma" cutting steel plate since 1994.
In 2007, we upgraded to the latest edition, ESAB 400-amp plasma cutting machines. To allow for quick, accurate and economical production, we mounted two coordinated plasma torches above a 21' x 40' water table. These machines are designed to cut material from ga. sheet to 1-1/4" thick plate and the ability to etch mark part numbers and bend lines, to further enhance the end product for our customers.
